Orders and return
Place an order: Place the product of your choice in the cart by clicking on the “Shopping Basket” button. Do you have everything you’re looking for? Click on “shopping basket” in the top right corner of the page to start paying. Click “Checkout” and login to your account or create a new account. If you want to create a new account, fill in your details and go through the steps of confirm order and order finish. Only at the end of step 3, when you confirm the purchase, your order is final. Before you have confirmed your order at step 3, you are free to make changes at all times.
Coupon: You can fill in the code under your order and then click on “recalculate”. Your discount will be automatically deducted from the total amount.
Order at a different address: You can! Under “your data” click “other delivery address”, here you enter the correct details.
NOTE: After you place the order, you will not be able to change the delivery address and customer service will no longer be able to change it.
Confirmation of the order: When you want to place the order permanently, click ‘Send order’. After your confirmation, you will receive an order confirmation at the email address provided by you and, depending on the chosen payment method, a payment confirmation. As soon as the order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a track & trace code, with which you can follow the package.
Change or cancel order: If you want to change or cancel the order, we advise you to contact customer service: call 020- 894 35 45 (local rate), email email@example.com or contact the chat button.
The shipment in the Netherlands is provided by DHL. After your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a DHL track & trace code. This code allows you to follow the order on the DHL website.
All orders we receive before 23.00 hours 7 days of the week will be handled the same day and you will receive in-house the next day.
The delivery person of DHL offers the order at the delivery address. If you cannot take the order, you will receive a notification from DHL.
The order will be offered again the next delivery day. If you are again unable to receive the order, the order will be taken to a DHLpoint where you can pick it up for 3 weeks before it is returned to Singuladerm.
All orders must obtain bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized orders will be processed and shipped.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. So if you regret your purchase, you have the right to return the order within a fortnight. The right to a refund shall expire after 14 working days, after which the guarantee period shall enter into force. When returning, keep the following account:
– Cosmetic items (such as cream, make-up, lotion, gel, shampoo) may be returned if in closed packaging due to hygiene.
– Returns are only processed when the order is returned – if reasonably possible – in original packaging and in sturdy shipping box. In the case of products that are damaged or have traces of use, we reserve the right to refuse the return or to charge for the damage.
Contact customer service to receive information about the return process. Our customer service will provide the address and a unique code. It is not possible to give the package to the transport company. Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org for more information or questions.
